		<description>@madis342  That is becuase doing JUST six pack abs workout wont give you six pack abs, but indeed like you say stronger and bigger abs. You need to eat correctly and also do full body weight training workouts ans some cardio if you like. Good luck!</description>

Once you have been back training for a few weeks start doing light weights for all your body parts, like a circuit. This will provide you with a strong foundation to then start doing more intense workout if you feel like it in a few months. If you just want to feel a bit fitter and lose some weight, just continue with any cardio you like and the circuits. Enjoy!</description>
