I used to have 1500 calories a day, Alot of proteins (eggs, chicken breast, meat etc) and i had small 300 to 400 calorie meals each 4 hrs.

HIIT for 20 mins 6 days a week with incorporating weight training with it helped me go down from 230 pounds to 180 in 5 months,now i can wear them tight shirts and chicks will be ON
