  2. Yeah, I also recommend this and I haven’t even completed it yet. Repeated week 2 twice since I don’t feel quite fit enough to move on. I don’t know exactly how much weight I’ve lost but definitely have a smaller waist size now.

  3. I completed the program and lost 20 pounds in two months. Additionally, I lost four inches off my waist. If you eat and work out diligently and correctly, this program will certainly be effective! I speak out of experience.
